Ordering - Direct Retail
If there are no dealers in your area, Home Owners may order our Foundation Vents, Soffit Vents, Garage Vents, and Attic Eave Vents on our EZRvent.com secure store out using a variety of credit card and other payment methods.
Payment, Pricing and Promotions
Payments may be made using VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal through PayPal secure checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Contractor volume discount pricing starts at split cases of 24 vents or more. However free shipping does not apply to those direct orders. Contractor pricing is also available at our EZRvent Distributor locations or by calling EZRvent Direct Sales if there is not a Distributor near you.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Ground. Most orders are shipped within one to two business days. UPS overnight and second day air deliveries are available upon telephone request 760.908.2369
Special Order Lead Times
If items are noted as Special Order, a one to three week lead time may be required. In most cases, the lead time will be shown in your shown in your check out cart or on the Product Page you ordered from. If lead time is a concern, please call to confirm our current lead time before placing your order. 760.908.2369
Return Policy
Items purchased and shipped directly from www.EZRvent.com may be returned within 30 days of shipment receipt for the purchase price of the vents in most cases. Shipping charges are non refundable. Partial returns of orders originally qualifying for free shipping may be subject to shipping charge assessments if non returned total drops below order threshold for promotion. Returns on orders that qualified for free shipping promotions will be assessed the original shipment charges as indicated on sales order. Custom Color or Custom Size products are non returnable. Vents that have been modified or painted are non returnable. Returns after 30 days of shipment receipt may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns after 60 days of shipment receipt are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
All returns must be pre-authorized and returned in good condition. All items must be packaged in a manner to arrive undamaged. For Return Authorization, email: [email protected] Please include your transition order # , Name, Phone #, shipping address, and reason for return in your email.
Product Warranties
-8H Galvanized: 5 Year rust-through (5 miles from Coast or under coastal marine layer influence excluded; direct irrigation sprinkler contact excluded)
-SS8H 316 Stainless: 10 Year rust-through (no Coastal or other exclusions)
-8HC Copper: 20 Year rust-through (no Coastal or other exclusions)
All Warranty claims must be documented with photographs and location of the installation and emailed to: [email protected] . Please include your transition order # , Name, Phone #, shipping address, and reason for the Warranty claim in your email.
Special Order Options
Paint Prep and Primer Painted Special Orders
We currently charge an $18** surcharge per vent with a minimum Paint Prep lot fee of $320** per Paint Prep order (Flame Treat Paint Prep + 2 coats Fusion Primer prior to Heat Staking Mesh) (1-2 week Lead time required.)
Special Color Orders - Painted
Custom Color orders are arraigned by e-mail or phone. Custom Colors are painted to closely match your samples. We do our best to color match custom color orders. However Custom Orders are not guaranteed to be a perfect match, but rather a close match.
Painted Vent Orders are coordinated via email and or phone then Invoiced with Pre-Paid terms . (** Paint Pricing subject to change. Call or email for quote) Custom Paint and Special Order items may not be returned or exchanged.
Standard Krylon Fusion colors:
We currently charge a $18** surcharge per vent with a minimum painting fee of $320** per color order for Standard Krylon Fusion colors . (Two Step Paint Prep, Fusion Primer + 2-3 coats prior to Heat Staking Mesh) (2 week Lead time required for paint cure.)
Premium Krylon Fusion colors:
We currently charge a $19.80** surcharge per vent with a minimum painting fee of $380** per color order for Primium Krylon Fusion colors. (Two Step Paint Prep, Fusion Primer + 2-3 coats prior to Heat Staking Mesh) (3 week Lead time required for paint cure.) (Primium Krylon Fusion colors are colors not avalible localy that need to be special ordered).

Custom House Paint Match of specified Color #
To Custom Match House Paint Color #s we currently charge a $26.50** surcharge per vent with a minimum painting fee of $320** per color order. (2 Step Paint Prep, Fusion Primer + 2-3 coats Specified Hose Paint Color# prior to Heat Staking Mesh) (3 week Lead time required for paint cure.) Our Current preferred choice of house paint is Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior. For color pallet see: Benjamin Moore website or Dealer
Color Orders - Molded in Colors
We color control our molded in colors. But some lot to lot variation and or inter frame swirling can be expected when viewed on close inspection. A Minimum order lot size is required on molded in colors.
Molded in color vents are currently not stocked and are only available via Contractor or Retailer special minimum order of (6) or more cases (36/case) at this time. Molded in Colors require a 6-12 week lead-time for color formulation from our plastics supplier.
Custom Sizes and Custom Size Orders
Trim Tab Size Reduction Modification:
Our FV100 vents can actually be modified to fit down to a 4.5" x 12.8" rough opening, or other combinations of .25" reductions per side from 5 x 14 ( i.e. 5" x 13", 4.5" x 13", 4.5" x 14" or . . .) by trimming some spacing shims that are on the back side. This is an easy modification to do with a Multi Tool, Dremel Tool, or Router.

You could make the Trim Tab modifications yourself, or we charge $4 per vent to custom re-size the vents. If you would be making the modifications your self, you can order your vents via our normal web ordering process or through your local retailer.
To have EZRvent custom modify your vent Trim Tabs to fit a 5” x 13” x or 4.5” x 13” opening, use the above link to order your standard product and use the below button to add the custom sizing surcharge to each vent in your order. You will add the quantity to be modified in the cart.
Custom Order items may not be returned or exchanged.
Cut & Splice Size Reduction or Extension Modification:
Our FV100 vents can be further custom modified to fit smaller or longer rough openings. We could cut & splice one or two vets together and heat stake weld the frame together. There would be a visible cut line seam/ part line in the frame, or we could weld-fill the cut part line. (If welded, painting is recommended.) There could be an overlapping seam in the mesh, depending on size. Pricing depends on the size: # of frames used, # of cuts, # of heat stakes and if welding the seam, and the scope of set-up to your lot size per size requested.
Custom Cut & Splice sizing pricing is subject to change, and it is best to email for a quote. 2022 custom pricing:
- Base Vent Price: 1 or 2 x Vent mesh option price (2 If using 2 vent frames – 20% on the second vent if web pricing).
- + Set-up charges depending on the scope of modifications and # of vents being ordered
- + Rough Opening X or Y Reduction/ Extension with Visible Cut line (Frame double cut & structural heat stake with visible seam/ cut) (Note Rough Opening Size) : + $15/ vent/ X or Y dimension
- + Frame Weld Seam Fill - Post Rough Opening X or Y Reduction/ Extension (filled but color and surface cosmetic blemishes – painting recommended): + $15 per vent / X or Y dimension
- If we paint the frames for you: Painted Vents Surcharge Per vent, Two-Step Prep, Valspar Primer, + 2-3 coats Exterior House Paint of brand requested, color and sheen specified (or Spray Paint for Plastic). (minor touch-up may be required after shipping/installation) - $19.00** surcharge per vent with a minimum painting fee of $250** per color order

Contractor Orders
